16 ng/L maximum result used by DEC

The final permit separates numeric effluent limits, action levels, monitoring requirements and response obligations. Those categories are kept distinct here.
| Parameter group | Permit entry | Sampling | Response |
|---|---|---|---|
| PFOA and PFOS at Outfall 001 | 10 ng/L action level; no numeric daily-maximum effluent limit shown | Quarterly grab sample | Confirmatory sample within seven days after an exceedance result; notify DEC after a confirmed exceedance; begin minimization and reporting |
| Other listed PFAS at Outfall 001 | Monitor | Quarterly grab sample | Data collection supports future standards or performance requirements |
| Industrial train Outfall 01B | PFAS monitoring table applies; PFOA and PFOS are monitor-only in the displayed final permit table | Quarterly grab sample | Permit monitoring and reporting |
| Reuse Outfalls 006 and 007 | Reuse flow monitoring begins after DEC accepts construction completion | Continuous flow meter | Comply with reuse-outfall conditions once activated |
DEC used a maximum reported Outfall 001 PFOS result of 16 ng/L in its reasonable-potential analysis. The agency concluded that the projected instream concentration did not show reasonable potential to cause or contribute to a water-quality violation after dilution, while retaining the 10 ng/L action level because PFOS was present.

The threshold is based on the New York drinking-water maximum contaminant level as a proxy for background concentration in influent.
The advocacy calculation from the prior site is not carried into the current dashboard as a verified agency projection or permit limit.
